Human Resources workshop – The Heart of a Gender Inclusive work Culture, facilitated by Auriel E. Rawlings from FedEx. Taking place in Expo 2020, Women Pavilion, Dubai at 13:30 pm (UAE timing) with an audience consisting of Directors and Managers in the Human Resources department in different sectors across the Gulf Region.

The purpose of the workshop is to:

• Discuss the challenges faced by HR professionals in terms of inclusion
• Share favourable policies and successful best practice on recruitment and retention of women, particularly those in Senior Leadership positions
• Highlight the important role of HR professionals in Women’s Inclusion and its impact
