Pearl Initiative, in collaboration with SABIC, is organising 4 hybrid workshops for leaders, with a focus on women leaders, of small businesses and startups across the Gulf region.

These workshops will address business practices and provide companies in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf region with mechanisms, tools, and resources to promote ethical business practices.

These workshops are intended specifically for female leaders and SME leaders with decision-making power and authority, so they can embed the practices learned in the workshop and provide targeted guidance and capacity-building to enhance anti-corruption practices in the workplace.
